Do my customers need to download an app?▾
No. Your ordering page works in any browser on any phone. Customers just open your link — no downloads, no sign-up required (guests can order too).
How do I get paid?▾
Orders come through for cash, card-on-collection, or EFT — you handle payment directly with your customer, with no commission taken. Integrated online payments are coming soon on the Plus plan.
Can I change my menu anytime?▾
Yes — and changes appear on your customer page instantly, in real time. Toggle items off when you run out, no refresh needed.
Do you take commission on orders?▾
Never. You pay a flat monthly fee. Whether you do 10 orders or 10,000, the price is the same.
So there are really no per-order fees?▾
EaziFlow takes nothing per order — no commission, ever. The only thing to know: cash, card-on-collection and EFT reach you directly with zero fees. When integrated online card payments arrive (Plus plan), those are handled by a secure payment provider who charges a small standard transaction fee — the same kind any card machine charges. That fee is the provider's, not ours, and it only applies to online card payments if you choose to switch them on.
What if I already have a menu PDF?▾
Upload it in your settings — customers get a download button on your page. Replace it whenever it changes.
